Feature:
1. The speed of the glue on the honeycomb paperboard can reach 25m/min. The paper and honeycomb paper come out from the last cutter. The core has been napped, and the rate of paper breakage reaches 80%.
2. The color of the glue film formed on the honeycomb paperboard after the glue is dried is the same as the color of the base paper, and there is no color difference. There is no glue color on the edge of the die-cut paperboard. After the glue is dried, the hardness of the film is very high and the stiffness is good. In the core coating state, the cardboard made on the same day can be delivered to the customer overnight.
3. Our company's honeycomb paperboard rubber powder has low alkali consumption and low moisture regain rate. The core coating sizing amount (glue) is 40g/m.
