Water Based Sealing Glue for Corrugated Box

Transportation and storage:
   This product is a water-based adhesive, transportation and storage control temperature control between 5 ºC-30 ºC. Avoid exposure to the sun in summer. The result is: water-based adhesive will break the emulsion failure after freezing, high temperature will accelerate the deterioration.
Precautions for use:
 Manual work: brush evenly to prevent leakage, brush the amount of glue as much as possible, the principle of not squeezing glue when folding and sealing behind. After painting, you can press the glue when you see it turn from milky white to transparent. The glue should not be left to dry for too long, the recommended pressing time for our products is two to twenty minutes. Pressing must make the paper and film close together and keep it for more than ten minutes to prevent the phenomenon of overhanging, which is not a good infiltration of the bonding surface.
Machine use:
  Operators should have skilled skills, according to the bonded products to adjust the amount of glue and pressure on the pressed part. To bonded products do not squeeze glue products out of the machine can be set as the operating standard.
 For different processes to take different measures. After the lamination of the product, you can use the laminating adhesive, polishing the sticky mouth or molded in the mouth of the dotted line to ensure the penetration of the adhesive to improve the fastness of the paste box.
Control the drying time of the adhesive. For fast-drying adhesives, there is no such problem: for slow-drying adhesives, after inspection, boxing to leave sufficient drying time, has to be given a certain pressure in the box.
Bonding process control: 
  Bonding workshop temperature control between 15 ºC -30 ºC. Temperature is too low glue viscosity decline, the temperature is too high, the glue dries too quickly to affect the wetting of the paper, can not be well bonded. Bonding surface to keep clean, otherwise the glue will be part of the impurities absorbed can not be well bonded. The most important point: bonding completed after bundling into pallets of products, must be pressed together under the second press. General control in the back of the top before or more than ten minutes. Sealing glue needs to ripening process, just sticky products glue adhesion can only reach the final 20%, when the paper products folded after the stress is likely to make the bonding surface can not be closely affixed. The bonding surface is more closely affixed after the second pressing.           
Firm test:
  Some packaging in a short period of time bonding is very good, and put a period of time after the phenomenon of debonding, debonding and brittle, so the bonding fastness must be determined. Data inspection methods can quantitatively detect the firmness of the carton, many enterprises do not have the conditions, the following are some traditional inspection methods.                  
(1) three hours after packing into pallets to a bonded package extended side seam torn, whether the bonding substrate is torn, while scraping down the paper base attached to the film, if each time only a small piece of paper base or simply scraping the paper base, indicating that the adhesive adhesion in the film is good.
(2) will be bonded packaging (placed more than a day) placed in a 60 ºC constant temperature oven baking 72 hours to take out, after cooling the side seam or the bottom of the mouth does not pop open, while the hands shoot the packaging does not come off, the film does not become brittle, indicating that the adhesive heat resistance performance is not a problem.
(3) will be bonded packaging (placed more than a day) in the refrigerator freezer for 72 hours, take out the paper packaging after the water is separated from the box with a hand pat does not debond, the film is not brittle, indicating that the adhesive's low-temperature resistance is not a problem.
(4) will be the first three kinds of products through the preservation of some samples, every half a month to test a box, two-hand pat does not come off, the film does not brittle, last for six months without problems that indicate that the paste box fastness good.
